The mini™ UVC is equipped with eight powerful UVC lamps. This technology is proven to destroy up to 99% of bacteria and viruses on surfaces.

The mini™ UVC can disinfect surfaces from one meter away at the rate of 4.2 meters per minute – and the closer the lamp, the faster it disinfects.

A robot such as the mini™ UVC is a better solution than a static germicidal lamp, as mobile robots can move closer to surfaces to disinfect them faster.

Driven by Autonomous Navigation Technology (ANT), the mini™ UVC includes proven collision-avoidance technology and a raft of unique safety features. These include verbal and visual warnings, and person-detection with automatic shut-off to minimize the chance of accidental exposure.

UVC light cannot move through walls or glass (so people can work safely in adjoining rooms), and dissipates instantly (so it’s safe to enter a space as soon as the mini™ UVC is switched off).

UVC light has been studied for over a hundred years, and is endorsed by the IUVA as part of a toolkit for fighting COVID-19. While it should not be used as a substitute for manual cleaning, the mini™ UVC can complement the efforts of your team by ensuring complete disinfection, especially in complex or high-touch spaces.

How long can the covid-19 virus survive?

A recent scientific review confirms that the SARS-CoV-2 virus which causes COVID-19 can survive on common surfaces long after a sick person has left the area.

The mini™ UVC can disinfect surfaces from one meter away at the rate of 4.2 meters per minute. As site layout and surface materials also affect disinfection time, we are not able to give precise timings, and recommend verifying results with an independent laboratory in your area.
